1.Service Time
Levelsgauge.com’s hours of service are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm (CST).
Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
We apologize if it times out. You can email [email protected]. We will give you priority processing.
2.Order Cancellation
Thank you for placing an order for an item at Levelsgauge.com. If you need to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
(1) Login to your account and go to the account order details page.
(2) On the account order details page, you can view the status of your order. If the order status is “Pending” or “Processing”, the order has not been processed and you can request to cancel the order.
(3) Please note that our order cancellation time is within 2 hours after the order is placed, if more than 2 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.
(4) If your order is successfully cancelled, we will refund your payment to your account within 1-2 business days.
3.Return Process
Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the Level Measuring Tape arrives. If you have received the Level Measuring Tape for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return.
To return or exchange the Level Measuring Tape, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 natural days of receiving the Level Measuring Tape, we will prioritize your order. Returns of Level Measuring Tape are subject to the following conditions.
(1) Returns of Level Measuring Tape should be made within 14 natural days.
(2) Returned Level Measuring Tape should been purchased from Levelsgauge.com.
(3) The Level Measuring Tape should be in new condition.
(4) Level Measuring Tape products have non-human caused quality problems (such as paint loss, breakage, etc.) during use.
(5) All accessories about Level Measuring Tape (including packaging, package filler) need to be returned together when returning the product.
Please send the Level Measuring Tape in its original packaging to 15661 Connie Ln, Montgomery, Texas.
After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.
– Name of courier company
– Tracking number
4.Return Fee
If a return is requested due to a product quality issue with Level Measuring Tape (such as inaccurate measurements, broken holes, unclear scales, etc.), shipping costs will be the responsibility of Levelsgauge.com.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We do not charge re-listing fees.
5.Refund Amount
Once the returned Level Measuring Tape arrives at Levelsgauge.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.
The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
